Welcome

Hello and welcome to the Triangle - a brand new newsletter about the work of the BSW Partnership Integrated Care System.

The Triangle replaces our previous newsletter, Stop Press, and contains a mix of news and updates from across the BSW Partnership showing how we are working to improve the health and wellbeing of local people, tackle health and care inequalities and improve services for everyone.

We’ve called our new newsletter the Triangle and we’ve also used a prominent triangle design in our new visual identity. We’ve done this to represent the three geographical areas that make up our partnership, but also to reflect the connectedness, collaboration and working together that is at the heart of everything we do.

We’ll be circulating the Triangle every two months. Look out for future editions where you can expect to read more about the ways we are working to integrate health and care for the benefit of everyone in our local area.

Thank you for reading and please let us know what you think about the Triangle by sending an email to bswccg.partnership@nhs.net

Best wishes
